Unable to sign-in to MSN Premium.

Today we have been unable to sign-in to MSN Premium. It worked fine yesterday. The sign-in page for entering your email address and password is not presented after we click on the butterfly and then select the user account. Is the MSN Premium system down? I have been able to access my email using Internet Explorer and signing-in on that site.
