My MSN account keeps freezing and then I get a MSN EXPLORER IS NOT RESPONDING message after logging in. It happens several times every time I log in.  This has been occurring for several years now and doesn't matter what computer I use. Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 have the same problem.  When I try to retrieve mail right after signing in it happens every time.  After several times of logging in it then appears to work for awhile.  I'm tiring of this problem and need it corrected.  Thanks.
