Two weeks ago I could no longer send emails from my iPad but can still send from iPhone and PC

I have an MSN email acccount that I pay for monthly. About 2 weeks ago get the following message when trying to send an email: "Cannot send email. The user name or password for xxxxxx is incorrect" I can still receive emails.

i know it is correct, I can send emails from my iPhone and PC.
