I have deleted all browsing history and verified that I have the latest version of IE.  Still nothing.  Your reset link only applies to Windows 7, I have Vista and didn't see an option for resetting.  I tried the ctrl-shift-F9 again and made sure the trusted sites were added, but still just a blank white screen where I should be able to enter my user name and password.

I had this same problem posted on Microsoft Community website.I also have Vista. One of the latest posts recommended opening the MSN browser-tools-internet options-advanced-security and put a check mark in the tls1.0 box.   This cured my problem with signing in .....

Checking this box and rebooting brought the sign in boxes bax so I could download the software.  It waid it was installed, but only the msn installer icon is on my desktop.  MSN shows in remove/uninstall software, but is not found in my program list and cannot run the software.  The 'fix msn explorer' said it cannot be found although the installation wizard said it was installed.  Why isn't the software and icon visible?

I tried all the above and still no butterfly icon to login.  MSN still not listed in programs, but can be found in uninstall.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but the premium software still won't load.  What's the deal Mubarak?  We shouldn't have to jump thru all these hoops and still not have the software we pay for not work.  Please fix whatever programming error caused this program so all will work correctly as before.
