Sorry for the Inconvenience, maybe the Emails are not synchronizing on MSN Explorer.
To fix the issue please followthe below steps:-
Click on MSN Explorer icon (Butterfly icon)
Select the email account fromthe welcome screen (do not Sign in)
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the sametime
You will get the confirmationPop up stating we are about to remove all MSN Data
Please Click on OK
Re-launch MSN it will downloadall the emails.
