Please check that the computer's date and time settings are correct and then try running the McAfee Virtual Technician from this link - http://mvt.mcafee.com/mvt/en-us/default.html?en-us
If the issue persists, please get in touch with our dedicated McAfee Support team for MSN Subscribers by calling MSN Customer Service. To get the contact details, just log in to http://support.msn.com, click on MSN Premium under Subcribed Services then select the Phone button.
