My MSN page is now only half the size

Cam Someone please help me - My MSN page is only half the size as normal. When I press on the box in the upper right hand corner it only increases a half an inch and my navigation box is clear on the right side of my screen.

I finally figured it out - I just clicked on the separated Inbox on the right hand side of the computer o the arrow down until it joined my MSN box and then clicked the arrows till they joined back together.
