Hello. I have tried many times to install Msn Explorer and always get a failed installation with error 1603.

I tried Microsoft support - not much help.

My registry is clean, and have Norton Security.

Using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards, {removed email address}
