Since I renewed my MSN Premiun subscription within the past two weeks I found that many daily articles from your home page only show up in a very small font. Some do still appear in the normal font but not all.

How do I get all articles to show up in a larger font?

Hi,

To adjust the font sizes on MSN Browser please follow the steps mentioned below:

a. Sign in of MSN, at the very top click on View.

b. Under View Click on Text Size and you can select Largest, large medium, small according to your convenience.

c. Once you done it now you'll find the difference in font size on MSN home page.

Please check the private message below for further assistance.

Make sure that you are signed in with your email address in order to see the private message.

Thanks and regards

Mubarak

Many of us have tried this fix and it just isn't the problem. I called MSN support and complained about the small font and shift to the left of many of the MSNBC articles--all the other pages load fine. I was told this is a problem that MSN is aware of and working on. I REALLY wish that this fix comes quickly! I think it is unwise to give this gentleman advice that is NOT going to work. I have been a subscriber to MSN Premium for many years and am just about to cancel my subscription. I really get the feeling these days that MSN is not really that interested in customer service and I am wondering why I continue to pay for this service. My ISP actually has a decent homepage and good email system. Sure you get Mcafee and Webroot but most of this is available free anyway! I think that MSN had better take the time to listen to its customers or they are going to start losing them---one at a time---starting with me.

Hi Ticktalk,

Sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused, I understand that the problem has been occurred on your MSN very recently we noticed that the problem is getting resolved once we downgrade the internet Explorer to 8.

If you have Internet explorer 9 please downgrade the internet explorer to IE 8, hope this will help you to resolve the problem

Thanks and regards

Mubarak

I agree with tictalk.  on MSN while reading nbcnews.com I have the same problem.  If I go to nbcnews.com on IE9 I have no problem.  This started about 3 - 4 weeks ago.  I am ready to cancel my MSN Premium which I have had for many many years.  Right now, I read local news on MSN, but read NBC news on IE9 which works great,  I just updated tonight to IE10 and still have no problems.  Also, why should I downgrade to IE8 to solve this problem since I have had IE9 since it came out and have had no problems until a few weeks ago.   The problem is ONLY WHEN USING MSN.  I am ready to cancel unless you come up with a solution.

The problem is NOT solved by your suggestion posted above.

While reading the national news on NBCNEWS.COM while using MSN, the text is very small and runs from the very far left edge of my screen all the way to the right side edge of my screen.   Advertisements appear superimposed over top of the text so that you can not read the text that is underneath the AD.

This has started about 3 - 4 weeks ago.

If I use IE9 (or IE10 which I just downloaded) and go to NBCNEWS.COM and access the national news stories, I have no problems.   There are border lines on the left and right sides of the articles and any advertisements are outside of the article border lines.

The Problem is on MSN's end.

I have done everything you are suggesting and everything else.   It only happens on National News articles when I am using MSN.  If I use Internet Explorer, I don't have any problems.  And it is not just on my DeskTop, it is also on my NetBook.

I am currently transferring all my Favorites to IE.  I am creating new email addresses using Yahoo and Gmail.  When I get everything done, I plan on cancelling MSN Premium.  Why should I pay $11 per month and I can't read the news stories?

Your so called solution did NOT fix anything. Judging from the emails from other MSN Premium users I would say I am not the only one with this MSN created problem. I would hope MSN would get their best programmers on this problem and fix it fast. And please do not give out anymore generic advice that will not work to other people with this problem. I also agree using IP8 is crazy. I too can get articles in the correct font size when I use IP10.

The problem lies with MSN. Please fix it fast or lose more customers.
