Need more information:

a. What operating system are you using?

b. What is the version of MSN Software?

c. Check if you are able to access emails through hotmail website http://www.hotmail.com/ ?

Thanks for the quick response.  I am using Windows 7 Home Premium on a Asus Netbook PC.   I am using MSN 10.50.0008.2100.  I am able to receive all of my e-mails including the POP3 mails but cannot send them.

I have the same issue and can see your question, but not an of the answers.  I have Windows 10 and need to solve this problem.  Can you help to let me see the answers, so i can try to get mine fixed?
