Hi,

First we need to take a backup of all the emails which is storedunder folders on your computer, if you don’t have any emails stored underfolders on computer, then you can directly proceed to step 2.

Step 1: Taking back up of stored messages.

• Sign into msn client
• Go to help and settings and click on settings.
• Click on Email
• Click on Import or export email, copy email,
• Click on copy email
• Click Next
• Click on Save your MSN email stored on this computer

• Click on Browse and save in desktop.
• Click done

Step 2: Re-configuring the msn client.

Go to the sign in screen of msn where you type in the password,press ctrl+shft+f11 on your keyboard at the same time, and click on removeaccount and confirm that again.

Click on msn icon, it will take you to  installation screen,follow the steps on the screen it will re-configure the msn.

Step 3: restoring your stored messages from the back up.

• Sign into msn client
• Go to help and settings and click on settings.
• Click on Email
• Click on Import or export email, copy email,
• Click on copy email
• Click Next
• Click on open emails on this computer.

• Click on Browse and select the msnback up file which is saved on the computer.
• Click done
