up until two weeks ago, I was enjoying an average of 40 kbs connection speed.

now I am lucky to get 21 kbs and it ranges from 4.6 to 19 kbs.
What happened to the dial up speed???
These slow connection speeds prevent email from loading, creates error codes, prevents using other web pages, creates errors trying to visit web pages in my Favorites folders, and makes MSN basically useless.


I've tried ALL of the provided phone access numbers provided for my dial up, and they have all dropped speed by up to 60%.
My phone company (Centurylink) says its MSN problem.
