Windows 8 and MSN Email

Since I upgrade my computer to Windows 8 I have been unable to send an email once I am logged in to my MSN Premium Account using my MSN Mail. (As in it will not let me write one.... I can send a blank page) To send an email I have to get out of MSN Premium and use Hotmail or this new Outlook mail. What do I need to do to fix this? Also will MSN Premium continue to be an upgraded internet experience in the future and will it earn a tile spot on Windows 8?

Hi,

Go to the sign in screen of msn where you type in the password, press ctrl+shft+f11 on your keyboard at the same time, and click on remove account and confirm that again.

Click on msn icon, it will take you to installation screen, follow the steps on the screen it will re-configure the msn.

This should help you to resolve the problem.
