You should be able to view both in one page if you add the other one as an additional Hotmail account.

Here's how:

1. Click on MSN's "Help and Settings" menu
2. Select Settings
3. Click on E-mail at the left side
4. Select option to add additional account (you may need to select it twice)
5. Click the Add Account button.
6. Fill out the form with the information needed.
7. Click Save Changes.
8. Click Done.
9. Click the Mail&More icon at the top to go back to the email page
10 The additional email account should now appear on the email page
