error message file WLDCore.dll missing

I downloaded the new MSN solution center yesterday and every time I click a button in the mail section I get file WLDCore.dll missing.  I close this message and the page appears.  How do I stop this?

The Windows Live Essentials you may have is already corrupted and needs to be removed then reinstalled.

Please follow these steps to remove Windows Live Essentials for Windows Vista/7computers:

 

a.  Click Start , type programs and features in the Search box, and then click Programs and Features in the Programs list. 

b.  In the list of currently installed programs, select Windows Live Messenger or Essentials , and then click Uninstall. 

c.  If you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the program, click Yes. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow. 

d. Restart the computer.

 

Please follow these steps to install Windows Live Essentials for Windows Vista/7computers:

 

a.       Open Internet Explorer and type http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials?os=other Please follow the prompts to install Windows Live Messenger

b.       Click Download Now. Select Run two times.

c.        Select all the check boxes then click Install.

d.       This may take 10 minutes or so depending on connection speed.

e.       Once it is finished restart the computer if prompted. If not, sign in to MSN and check if you don't get the error anymore.
