Thanks, Mubarak, for your response. Actually I hadoriginally submitted my problem to the Microsoft Software Support Team, andthey referred me to the MSN Support Team. Anyway I called the number thatyou gave me in the private message. After explaining my problemto the lady support person, I was told that they would be happy to dialinto my computer and fix the problem. I was also informed that this would costme $150.00. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I am already paying an annual fee forMSN Premium. I politely told her no way, that it would be moreeconomically for me to buy a new computer. She then tried to sell me acomputer!!! So much for getting any HELP from Microsoft!!! So, Ifigure my best bet is to copy off my personal files onto an external harddrive, and then reinstall the operating system again from scratch, or to go outan buy a new computer.
