Can't connect to Outlook.com from MSN Home page

As of yesterday, August 30, 2013, after I restarted my computer in the evening, I have been unable to open my email account in Outlook. I used to be able to click "Outlook.com" from my homepage, now when I do that, it takes me to a search page. Please advise.

I am sorry about the inconvenience, Its a known issue with MSN Explorer. Our support group is working on this issue and should be fixed very shortly.

In the mean time you can use Internet explorer to access http://www.outlook.com directly.

MSN could have done a better job in communicating to its subscribers. A mass email should have gone out to all members alerting them of the problem. Instead of us thinking there is a problem with our personal devices. Ever since the upgrades last month service has been unsatisfactory. Time to find another provider.
