We are using MSN Mail for all of our email services.  Recently, we noticed that there are no emails in our online Junk, Trash or Sent Messages folders (This are all on our "Folders on MSN" and not on our "Folders on your computer"). 

However, when we went to the Edge browser and logged onto MSN and then looked at our email folders, there were numerous emails in all of these folders.

Why is it that our online email (which uses Outlook.com) shows these emails, BUT our MSN Mail does not show them?
