My wife and I have these two PCs for about four years. Two months ago, the "My MSN" on my PC started to have a problem displaying my homepage. I tinkered around for a while, and managed to resurrect the homepage. But I lost both the top (horizontal) dashboard and the right side (vertical) dashboard. The top dashboard has the all important Favorites. I don't know where to find them.
I did e-mail the problem to the Microsoft Customer Support and the MSN Technical Support a couple of times but didn't get any decent responses from those to groups.
They gave me something that I thought would certainly work (Link:-

It has 10 steps that looked quite promising. And I tried to follow each step carefully, and in sequence. Unfortunately, it was set up for a full installation; and it kept telling me that the system was already installed.
