I am trying to set up a master Email account on MSN and have the sequence, but cannot find the "Help and Settings" menu on any of the MSN homepages.

Hello Xena,

You may still not have an MSN butterfly installed on the computer where the Help and Settings option can be found.

To check, click on Start then on the Search box type in MSN.exe then press enter on the keyboard. If it gave you an message that it cannot be found, please install MSN by following the steps on this link: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=eae4f90e-634d-484b-84c1-b16d9d5eda4e

Once MSN is installed, sign in on the butterfly with your email address and password then you’ll be able to see Help and Settings at the upper middle part of the page.

Feel free to reply to this post for any questions and feedback.

Thanks!

Isabelle

There is no Help and Setting menu any where on my MSN home page or anywhere else that I can find.  Why do you send out an email that we have to upgrade to 10.5 and then make it impossible to comply? Instructions are supposed to help. Yours were completely useless. Do you not know what is actually running? Apparently not. Let's try this again and try to actually give instructions that make sense. Look at the home page while you're writing. That may help. jco

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience, here the help and settings option is referred on msn premium client software, you might go to MSN home page through internet explorer and that could be the reason why you are not seeing the help and settings option. If you access your emails and msn page through Internet explorer there will be no changes, as the changes are taking in effect only for the customers who has installed MSN Client Software.

For more information please check the private message.

Thanks and regards

Mubarak
