Cannot forward e-mails to persons with ptd.net addresses

I have been able to occasionally send an e-mail directly to a ptd.net subscriber but when I try to forward an e-mail I get a mail failure notice. I submitted this question once before and was told to fill out a form and send it to the Solution center. I don't know how to do that. I tried sending an e-mail to MSN but got directed back to the Solution Center. This is getting very frustrating!!! Hopefully someone can get my machine back on track. I have a few friends with the ptd.net address that I would like to share e-mails with.

In order to help you further with the email issue we need to validate the following information:

1. What is the Operating System?

2. What is the version of MSN Software?

3. Where there any changes made on your computer?

4. Provide us the impacted email address?

5. What is the version of Internet explorer?

6. Do you get any error message while sending and receiving emails? If so, please provide the detail description

7. Is it that your are unable to forward emails only to @ptd.net or other domains?

Things to try:

Please check if you’re able to send your emails by login in to http://www.hotmail.com/.
