I cannot acess the Help and Settings. when I click on this i get a blank screen and no options.

using Internet Explorer 7
I have Windows XP

I cannot access the Help and Settings button. I receive a blank screen. Unable to add or delete an email account , or delete history from the Help and Settings menu. I receive a blank screen.

I have tried the perform recommended elsewhere here:
CTRL+SHIFT+F11
Start MSN, but do not sign in
Press CTRL+SHIFT+F11 and complete installation screen
Sign into MSN.

Have done the above and still no access to the Help and Settings menu.

Please Help.

The way the items show up can be dependent on Internet Explorer configuration. If you cannot update the Windows Internet Explorer to version 8, try resetting it:

1. Sign out and close MSN
2. Click on Start and then on Run
3. Type inetcpl.cpl and click ok
4. Click the ADVANCED tab and then RESET
5. Sign into MSN to check on the issue
