I understand thatyou don't see the MSN Butterfly in your desktop.

Inorder to bring your MSN butterfly icon in your desktop you need to follow thesesteps:

1. Click on “MY Computer” or “Computer” and click on local disc :C or OS:C
2. Open program files / program files x86
3. Look for MSN and open it.
4. If you see the butterfly icon, right click on it and send it to desktop.

If you don’t see MSNin your program files, go to our website and download it from our website http://membercenter.msn.com. Before youinstall it go to control panel and remove the MSN software from there.
