Hi,
We need to re-configure the Verizon pop 3 account on msn client in order to resolve the problem, please follow the below mentioned steps:
1.Sign in to msnwith you primary email address.
2.click on Help andsetting
3.click on emailsettings
4.select Additionalemail account
5.Click on pop 3 account, select the Verizon pop 3 account and click on Edit in the bottom, right corner.
6.Now edit the information, check with Verizon for the pop 3 settings of your Verizon account and enter the same.
