When trying to get my e-mail messages on my Nokia 710 phone, an error code came up and will not allow any
communication to continue. What do I have to do to receive and send e-mail ? Now on my computer at home in my e-mail there is POP choice that was never there before.

Hi victoriastar,

Please follow the instructions on how to configure a Microsoft Account using deltasync as specified in the link below

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/hotmail/mobile

Instructions changes with the phone you use,For example if your using phone with android OS you need to install an app to configure the account and if your using an Iphone it changes.

Please choose the right operating system under the Overview section in the link mentioned above.
