MSN Explorer e-mail does not work.

My MSN Explorer email does not work. I cannot send or receive email with it. I get error messages that say “Could not send or receive e-mail” and “The user name or password is missing or invalid”. I have renamed the “sdf” files, as recommended, which did not solve the problem. I can log into MSN Explorer. I can send and receive email from the same email account using OutLook. I have reloaded MSN explorer twice and reset the password once. How do I fix this problem?

DNAmaggie -- The answer is, You don't fix it. They have to fix it. I have the same problem; my mail on MSN Explorer doesn't work, but my husband's mail (same computer) does. I posted the situation, was given the "rename .sdf files" directions, which didn't work, then got this reply: "Yes, we are aware about this issue .This issues started post migration of all customers across the world." I've given up on the mail on MSN Explorer and am just using the Outlook.
