Hello. Really, I am an MSN Premium Internet Software subscriber and I have to pay to have this simple question answered? And isn't there a way to find this out online, without having to call anyone? Please explain. Thank you, GB

Hi,

The MSN email or Live email provides a limited storage space, if its exceeding or full then you have to delete your old emails or use a different email address.

PAID MSN ACCOUNT - Primary email address will get 10 GB and the secondary email address 05 GB.

FREE MSN ACCOUNT - 05 GB of storage space.

Since you are using the windows live mail to send/receive emails, you can store your emails locally on windows live mail so that you can have more storage space depending on the storage space you have on your computer.

Thanks and regards

Mubarak

Hello. What I am trying to find out is how much storage I am actually currently using. NOT the limits. The amount I am actually using now. Please answer my question, and better yet, tell me how I can find that information online by myself. Thank you.

Mubarak:  That you can not directly answer a simple question from a paid subscriber is very frustrating. The answer to my question can NOT be found in the support.live.com arena, which is why I am engaged here. But with such a lack of support here, why should I remain a paid subscriber?

Hi,

We are extremely sorry for all the inconvinience, we are trying our best to point you to the right direction to get support on Windows Live Mail. As Windows Live Mail is not a part of MSN premium subscription because of which we do not have much resources to provide you the complete details on it and gave you the link through which you can get help or more information on Windows Live MAil product. You can also download the MSN Premium Software by going to membercenter.msn.com which can provide you the complete details of the storage space used.

Thanks and regards

Mubarak
