If you're looking to move email folders stored under folders on Computer to Folders on MSN( Outlook) please follow the below steps,

Step 1 Create new folder on Folders on MSN where you want to transfer the emails to (We can’t move the folders directly).

Step 2 Select the emails which you want to transfer

Step 3 Right Click select “Put in Folder”

Step 4 navigate the folder where you want to move the emails to ( Under Folders on MSN)

Note:

                 This involves Uploading of emails stored under folders on Computer to Folders on MSN/Outlook.com, Hence it needs a very high speed internet

                Don’t interrupt the movement (once you initiate the transfer please stay online on MSN Explore for some time so that selected emails gets moved successfully)

                Don’t Select too many emails at a time to move.
