Using MSN Health Tips on Company Facebook Page

I work at Piedmont Health, in Carrboro NC, a non-profit community health center. We would like to use MSN health tips on our Facebook page to give our followers access to free easy ways to improve their health. To do this, I assume we need specific permission from MSN. I have tried numerous ways of contacting MSN, but cannot get a straight answer. After reading the "legal" documents, it is my understanding that as long as we give credit to Microsoft by stating: "Used with permission from Microsoft," and by stating something along
the lines of: "MSN is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation in
the United States and/or other countries," then we're good. Is there anything else we should put under the health tips to make this legal? Such as, a link to the URL that hosts the current health tip we have up?

I just want a straight answer. Thanks!!
