Email is not delivered (Queued mail for delivery)

I asked this yesterday cannot find my question under "My Questions" so here it is again to be sure.a

We are a software development company (CrossmarX). A customer of ours complained that email they are sending is not recieved by their customers. This is all hotmail/live/outlook email.
Our email logs (sendmail) show that these emails are accepted by you with status "Queued mail for delivery", never to be seen again.
The IP is 37.230.103.211. All mail from this server to other email providers is delivered without a problem.

Could you tell me what's happening and maybe allow us to send email again? We have complained about this before and after that it seemed to be ok until now.
