Why does the email page keep "checking" - it takes forever.

Why does the email page keep "checking email" which takes forever?  Plus why is the MSN Premium (that I pay yearly for) run so slowly?  I've called the MSN Premium tech support people about this issue, and keep getting the same answer - "we're working on it."  I've gotten that same answer for a few years now.  Also, when looking up items on Bing, the page will suddenly disappear.  This is annoying, to say the least.

Hello Peachy, 

Sorry for the Inconvenience, 

To fix the issue please follow the below steps:-

Click on MSN Explorer icon ( Butterfly icon)
Select the email account from the welcome screen (do not Sign in)
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the same time
You will get the confirmation Pop up stating we are about to remove all MSN Data
Please Click on OK

Re-launch MSN it will download all the emails.
