How can I restore emails that were mistakenly deleted?

Yesterday when I logged in, it wouldn't show my new email messages and then as I was deleting some of my messages, ones that I wanted to save have disappeared.  How do I restore them to my inbox.  I have 2 MSN accounts and only the initial email account that I have is having this issue.

- What is the version of MSN software that you are using?
 
To check the version of MSN:
          1. Right click on the butterfly icon on your desktop, then choose ‘Properties’
          2. Click on ‘Open File Location’, right click on the butterfly icon (msn.exe file) then choose ‘Properties’
          3. Click on the ‘Details’ tab. The file version is the version of the MSN software installed on your computer.

- Go to http://hotmail.com and check whether you are able to see those messages or not?

Hi Hartbern8515,

To recover deleted messages

  • In the left pane of the Hotmail window, click theDeleted folder, scroll to the bottom of the window, and then clickrecover deleted messages.

    Hotmail will recover as many messages as possible and put them in yourDeleted folder. If you don't see the deleted messages that you wanted, it means they are permanently lost.

When the recovered messages are back in your Deleted folder, you should move the important ones back to your inbox or personal folders because theDeleted folder gets cleaned out periodically.
