How do I cancel my MSN Premium subscription?

Hi, I no longer have a requirement for this service and I cannot find a way to cancel it. I have tried calling support but I cannot get past the automated system as it does not regonise the 10 digit phone number I am entering.

Please advise.

Once you signed in Under the“Subscriptions” tab click on “Contact Support”, then select the product andclick “Customer Support” below the dropdown box, Selecting the phone optionwill give you the appropriate customer service number and support hours.

I cannot get through to the telephone number as I have already said due to them having no record of my 10 digit phone number!! Please give me proper instruction on how I cancel my subscription. This is very poor customer service !!!
