Things to do:

Please follow the instructions to block popup blocker on MSN:

a. Sign into MSN > Click Help and Settings > Settings > Click Select pop-up Guard Settings > Click Filter Settings > Select Exclusive and Click Save Changes.

b. Click Help and Settings > Settings > Click Select pop-up Guard Settings > Click Pop-up Guard Notifications > Uncheck all the boxes and Click Save Changes.

c. Click Help and Settings > Settings > Click Select pop-up Guard Settings > Click on Pop-up allow list > Add or Delete web address and Click Save Changes.

Please follow the instructions to block popup blocker on Internet Explorer:

Start Internet Explorer > Click on Tools > click Internet options> Click Privacy > Under Pop-up Blocker, check Turn on Pop-up Blocker and click Apply and Ok.
