To Install MSN Premium on Windows Computer please follow the below steps

Step 1: Go the website: -https://membercenter.msn.com/download.aspx from any browser

Step 2: Click on Install Now

Step 3: msnsusii.exe file will be downloaded

Step 4: Click on Run to Install the MSN Explorer on the computer

Step 5: Follow the Installation Wizard to complete the Installation

Note: MSN is compatible only on Windows Computers Starting from Windows 7 and above.
