I have set up two email accounts - one for business and one for personal email. Currently, I have to log out of one account and log into the other to send email with the appropriate email address attached. How can I access both email accounts without logging out and back in?

That can be accomplished by adding one of them as additional account.

1. Sign into the account you want to be the main one
2. Click on HELP & SETTINGS then on SETTINGS
3. Click on EMAIL at the left side
4. Click on ADDITIONAL EMAIL ACCOUNTS
5. Click on ADDITIONAL EMAIL ACCOUNTS
6. Click on Add ACCOUNT
7. Enter the information and then Save the settings

Once you are done and get back to the e-mail page, you should see the folders for your other account

Natasha,

Thanks for your response, but when I sign into my main msn account, it takes me right to mymsn.com homepage. I don't see the option for "Help & Settings".

Just to be clear, I already have two email accounts, but have to log out out of one and log in to the other using the separate email addresses each time.

Thanks for your time.

2. Then, on the upper right hand corner, you'll see your name with an arrow pointing down, click on it. And then, click on the Windows Live ID you added to switch to the other account.
