Can you please send me a CD to download msn?  I can't get thru to the number you left for tech support.  I have tried to request a cd but it says my membership does not allow that and I need to download it.  Well that doesn't work still.  This has been going on for the last 2-3 months.  I am still getting charged my monthly fee. Thank You.
