Do I need to still pay for Msn "DIAL UP"

I have had an msn.com email address, well, forever!  I still use it but it is associated with my old MSN Dial-up Internet Access account I used when I opened the account.  I am still paying the monthly charge for Dial-up access because I'm afraid if I cancel dial-up my msn.com address will no longer be available sinceeverything changed to outlook.com.  Can I quit paying/cancel dial-up & KEEP my msn.com address?  How?

Hello,

Yes we can still keep MSN email address after cancelling the account, however you will be not able to access email address on MSN software.

After cancelling the subscription if you have any issues with MSN email you have to contact online support which is https://answers.msn.com.

You can access MSN email account through internet explorer by logging in to Outlook.com.
