You may not still have the MSN butterfly installed on the computer, the reason why you don’t see the 'Help and Settings' menu.

To check if MSN is installed on the computer, please do the following:

1. Click Start then click Run. If you don’t see Run, hold down the Windows key (the flag looking button near CTRL) then the letter R.

2. On the Run box type msn.exe then press Ok.

3. This should open the MSN sign in screen. If it does, sign in on MSN and hold the ALT key on the keyboard so the menu options like Help & Settings will show up on top.

If MSN is not yet installed, go to this link to install the latest version of MSN: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=eae4f90e-634d-484b-84c1-b16d9d5eda4e then on this link to add a secondary email address via MSN: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=3dc456fb-adf6-4492-86ab-a30285ea9a5a

If you don’t want to install the MSN butterfly and you’re just creating a brand new email address, please follow the steps on this link using Internet Explorer or another browser: http://answers.msn.com/solution.aspx?solutionid=bdce1bee-dbcf-4b67-8f7e-9c4add7067fd
