My MSN email suddenly says "E-mail not allowed. This account has been restricted using parental controls. You cannot send or receive email using this account."
I do not have any children and have never used parental controls for any purpose.
Hi Ribfrisco, Sorry for the inconvenience caused here Here’s the fix for the issue : First change the password for the account that is affected by going to https://www.account.live.com/pw after the password reset is done > open MSN stay on the welcome screen > press these three keys together ie Crtl+shift+f9 This will refresh the msn software > reopen msn and wait for emails to sync The issue will be resolved Thanks Mohammed Uwayz MSN Support team
