I want to delete emails in bulk from my inbox

I used to be able to select a batch of emails with the shift/select command and delete the entire batch. This no longer works. is there an alternate solution?

Hi,

In order to fix your issue you can follow the following steps:

Sign in to MSN, and Go to your email page.
Do a right click on the columns where you see from, subject, received at the very top.
From the drop down menu click on display columns
In new window click on Restore default
