The access to my Bank of America account has been blocked. How can I get you to unblock it ?

An update to this case:

If you are unable to sign into your Bank of America online account while using MSN Explorer, please try the following:

1) Open a new window in MSN Explorer and go to https://BankofAmerica.com.
2) Enter your Online ID and click Sign In.
3) Verify your Site Code and type your Passcode, but do NOT click the Sign In button.
4) Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
5) The sign in process should complete successfully.

Note: Until a permanent fix is released, the Enter key will need to be used each time you sign into your Bank of America online account.

Tell us if this temporary workaround works for you. We're still working on a permanent fix.

Hi, Natasha --

It works!!  For the first time in over a week, I don't have to open my IE8 to go onto the BofA website!

By the way, hitting the "Enter" key (instead of clicking on the "Continue" onscreen button) also works on the Sitekey Challenge Question screen.

tekey goes into limbo.  I have not problme using internet explorer.  This problems started two days ago.  Thoung that you might like to know....

I have been using MSN for years and I was always able to sign in to Bank of America's web suie from my MSN site. I was told by BoA that I can no longer sign in from MSN and I must use IE. Is there an upgrade to NSN that would allow me to continue using MSN o hgetto BoA's website?

I'm having the same problem... I first noticed the problem about 1 month ago... To solve my problem I established an account with "brand X"... It's a pain to move from MSN to "brand X" when I'm working on a project... Please tell me how to update my MSN account to access Bank of America??

Please too, use details as you have a novice as a customer..

I just wanted to update my earlier post: we already have version 9 of internet exporer, my husband tried to use your link to update it again amd still no luck. I can't log in to BOA from MS, JUst wanted you to know.

Please advise when the problem with logging in to BOA from MSN is fixed. I will try the broweser update for internext explorer to version 9 to see if that helps that you suggested to others.

Never had this problem before. Contacted Bank of America, they said it was a browser problem. I can sign in with internet explorer.
