We've noticed on how you've set up the email account that there is a POP/trash folder with 3,244 unread email messages. Kindly check if the missing email messages are on this folder.

I check this almost hourly. This is my first choice to see if the E-Mails have arrived.

Why is it not possible to talk to your tech people? Something happened with your system starting this last weekend. Do you remember from an earlier post that I sent test E-Mails from two different systems, including my hotmail account. Those test are missing from the sent E-mail folder and two of them have not shown up yet. So, I don't know how many are missing. But they are not in the POP folder.

The exams are date stamped. If I check the time of the exam(Monday, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM PST) I see some of the ones that did arrive date stamped properly, but not arriving until midday on Tuesday.

We are investigating on the issue and we'll need a few more information. Before that, please use Internet Explorer and go to http://www.hotmail.com then sign into your @msn.com account to check all the folders for e-mail

I am giving up trying to get help from MSN. I will be looking for a new ISP to replace this one. It is sad because I have been with MSN for over 20 years. I also teach Computer Concepts at a local college and I will be putting MSN on my list to my students of things not to use. I am tired of this cat and mouse game you are using to totally disgruntle and frustrate your clients. These questions are just as stupid as most of the other questions asked in this 4 day crisis (To me, not to you). Not once did I see a recognition that there may be a problem at MSN side of the street. The little guy just doesn’t have a chance against the giant corporations. I rarely get such unprofessional service even from the big guys.

Even with the information that you have graciously provided, we still cannot determined what is causing the issue. We also researched for similar concerns from other reports. However, it seems like you're the only one to report something like this. As such, the escalation department decided that they'll work on this with you. Please provide the information below.
