Hello,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

Please do not uninstall the windows update that might cause lots of issues on Windows 10.

We have already release the fix for the ongoing issue for MSN crash

Please follow below steps to fix the MSN crash issue.

1.Open run windows.

2.Type “Control update” in run window.

3.Click on check for updates and select “KB133431” update and install.

4.Restart computer.

Incase if the issue is not fixed please do give us call back

I got that update yesterday. This morning my MSN Premium is working properly. Thank you for the quick fix!

I'm having the same problem. Yesterday, I downloaded and installed the windows update and Adobe Flash update but I had already uninstalled MSN Premium but can't reinstall because the "sign-in" servers are having technical problems.
