MSN controls the Internet Exployer it has when accessing the browser via the butterfly.  If you access the net via Exployer you will be using IE 8 if it is on your computer.

Hi brillo ,

Please try the following .

0: Close all internet explorer pages .

1: Click start > Click on RUN .

2: In the 'RUN' box type inetcpl.cpl and click on 'OK' .

3: On the 'Internet Properties ' Window, click on the 'Advanced TAB' .

4: Click on the 'RESET' button . Once done try loading the page again . Let me know if that helped.

'reset' seems to be the answer for so many problems we bring in here, it however never works for anything..

have tried those very steps for other issues, this issue, reset never works as a problem solver. I usually have identical issue on both computers when it comes to MSN explorer issues. Indicates to me it is a MSN issue.

Compatibility View"  Click on OK to save the settings , Let me know if that helped .
