Sorry.  I am confused.  I followed the steps above and got the back up of the msn folder on my desktop.  Now how do I get to the resynchronization tool?    Also that db30 folder contains 8GB of info.  Is that just copies of all my email messages for the past 5 yrs??  Do I need that?
