Hi Sahil,

The ntdll.dll file is a file created by Microsoft that has a description of "NT Layer DLL" and is the file that contains NT kernel functions. This file is required by Windows and corruption of the file will cause errors with MSN Explorer. To fix this problem you need to contact Microsoft Technical Support.

I am having the similar issue as well, but only under my son's account.  I don't see a private message even though I'm signed in.  Can you help me fix the problem?  My error reads as this...  Log Name:      Application
