Favorites cannot be automatically exported to Internet Explorer. You will have to do it one favorite at a time.

Since you are still using the MSN butterfly, you may go to each favorite and open it. The website beginning with http will be shown on the address bar. Please copy it then paste this on Internet Explorer so you can add it as a favorite there.
