How to switch to a different location when using MSN dial-up software?

For MSN dialer and connection center versions 8, 8.5, 9.x and 10.x

1.     Start MSN, do not sign in.

2.     On the Sign-in screen, click Connection Settings.

3.     In the Select a Location list, select the location that you want to use.

4.     Click Switch to this location, click Next.

5.     Click Finish.
