You see error 0 (zero) when trying to connect to the internet using MSN

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

1. Install the cert located at http://g.msn.com/1clsupport/Err0

1. If the issue remains unresolved, please download the below certificates:

              I.        http://www.microsoft.com/pki/mscorp/Microsoft%20Secure%20Server%20Authority(5).crt

            II.        http://www.microsoft.com/pki/mscorp/mswww(4).crt

1. If issue remains unresolved, please follow the below steps

              I.        Open Internet Explorer

            II.        Go to Internet Option

           III.        Go to Content and then click Certificates

          IV.        Click on Intermediate Certification Authority

           V.        Look for Microsoft Secure Server Authority, double click to open, then go to certification path

          VI.        Check each of the certificates under it to ensure the Microsoft Internet Authority has been installed.

         VII.        If it shows install certificate option when you click on it then it’s not yet installed.
